Contractual Delivery Terms

Section 14 of our Terms and Conditions states that for international shipments delivery typically occurs within approximately two to three months from issuance of the tracking number, and that tracking from the final courier may only become visible after customs clearance.

Section 15 confirms that products are shipped after full payment from our logistics warehouse in Asia via a specialized carrier. The customer receives a shipping confirmation email with date, courier name and tracking number, and accepts the estimated delivery timeline at checkout.
