• When will my pre-order be shipped and what are the delivery times?
Your pre-order will be shipped directly from the factory in China as soon as the product becomes available. Shipping times depend on the release date and may vary due to production delays. Before shipping, you will need to pay any remaining balance, including any unpaid installments. After receiving the tracking number, standard sea shipping will take about 2 months. If you’d like faster delivery, you can request air shipping at an additional cost, with delivery in around 15 days.
• Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?
You can cancel or modify your pre-order, but it’s important to know that the deposits paid are non-refundable. These deposits are directly transferred to the manufacturer to fund the production of the product. Therefore, we encourage you to think carefully before placing a pre-order. If you have any doubts, we recommend reaching out to us first to get all the necessary information before proceeding with your purchase.
• What happens if a pre-order product is currently sold out?
Once a pre-order product is sold out, it won’t be restocked. However, if there are cancellations or uncompleted orders, some slots may reopen.
