1. Do you accept installment payments?
Yes! Installments are available directly at checkout through Klarna or PayPal, for both pre-order and in-stock items.
2. How does payment work for pre-orders?
For pre-orders you can pay in full, or reserve the item with a 20% deposit. Once production is complete, we contact you by email to collect the remaining balance.
3. Is it safe to pay in installments?
Absolutely! We use secure, trusted payment systems to protect your data and ensure a safe transaction every time.
4. Can I use Klarna or PayPal?
Yes, both Klarna and PayPal are available directly at checkout, for pre-order and in-stock items alike.
5. What is the deadline to pay the remaining balance on a pre-order?
Once we request the balance, you have 15 days for your first pre-order with us, or 30 days for any pre-order after that.
6. Can I pay off my pre-order balance early?
Yes, just contact us and we'll send you a payment link for the remaining balance whenever you're ready.
7. What happens if a Klarna or PayPal installment payment fails?
Klarna and PayPal manage their own installment schedules and payment retries directly with you. If you run into any issue, please also contact us so we can check your order together.
8. What happens if I cancel a pre-order?
If only the 20% deposit has been paid, it's non-refundable. If you've paid more than the deposit, 60% of the amount paid is refunded and 40% is retained. You can also transfer your order to another buyer free of charge, with no penalty — contact us and we'll help arrange it.
9. Can I change how I'm paying for my order?
Contact us as soon as possible — if production hasn't started yet, we can usually switch between full payment and deposit.
10. Can I pay in installments for all products?
Yes, Klarna and PayPal installments are available for both pre-order and in-stock items, directly at checkout.
