Before shipping, you will need to pay any remaining balance, including any unpaid installments. After receiving the tracking number, standard sea shipping will take about 2 months. If you’d like faster delivery, you can request air shipping at an additional cost, with delivery in around 15 days.
• Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?
You can cancel or modify your pre-order, but it’s important to know that the deposits paid are non-refundable. These deposits are directly transferred to the manufacturer to fund the production of the product. Therefore, we encourage you to think carefully before placing a pre-order. • What happens if a pre-order product is currently sold out?
