Are shipping and customs fees already included in the price?
Yes! The price you see includes the cost of the item, shipping costs and customs duties for destinations in the European Union, United States, Canada and Australia, excluding remote locations. You will have no surprises or additional costs for your order. We even include PayPal fees! Buy with peace of mind, we'll take care of the rest.
What shipping methods are available?
If you buy from EU, USA, Canada or Australia, shipping is included in the price (except for remote areas such as islands) and is by standard shipping method . If you want faster shipping, you can request it for a surcharge.
Standard method :
- UPS/DPD courier by sea/rail: delivery times around 45-55 working days (in normal conditions).
Quick method (upon request):
- UPS/DPD/FEDEX Courier By Air: delivery time around 10-15 working days (under normal conditions).
We guarantee the safest and most stable shipping method according to the current logistics situation. By making a purchase, you agree to wait for the time necessary for the delivery of your order, which could be subject to delays due to logistical or customs disruptions. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to all countries in the world. Remember that shipping costs and customs fees are included in the price only for destinations in the European Union, United States, Canada and Australia, except for remote areas, such as islands or poorly served countries. For remote areas and other destinations we will inform you of the surcharge when your order is ready to be shipped. Before ordering, please contact us to request an estimate of the surcharge.
How do I know if my address is considered a remote location?
Remote areas are generally considered to be those locations located on small and remote islands, outlying areas, ski resorts, small and remote villages, etc. Check with shipping companies to see if the address is on the disadvantaged locations list. Each carrier has its own list of disadvantaged locations. You can also contact our customer service to request information and find the best solution for receiving a shipment to an isolated address.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We specialize in selling pre-order items and unless otherwise noted, we ship directly from China which is the factory location.
- Pre-Order Products : These will be shipped from the factory in China once mass production is finished.
- Products in stock in China : they are already in our Chinese warehouse and will be delivered to you in about 45 days.
- Products in stock in Europe : they are already in our European warehouse and will be delivered to you in about 7 days.
We advise you to check the type of product you are about to order to find out the delivery times. If you have any doubts, contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Why are the release and shipping times so long?
Transportation times by train and ship are long and customs clearance is a complex process, but thanks to our tax-free methods, we can save you from paying extra fees. We know waiting is the hardest part of this hobby and we thank you for your patience. We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Will I get a tracking code?
Yes, as soon as your order is ready we will ship it and in about 5 days we will give you the code to track your shipment. We advise you to check your tracking often to inform us of any anomalies in time. The final delivery date will be shown on the official website of the carrier only after the customs clearance.
How can I track my package?
You can track your shipment on the courier's website or on any global tracker. We recommend the 17TRACK website or its related mobile application. Here's how it works:
1. Paste the tracking number (without courier letters) on 17TRACK .
2. Select the courier responsible for the final delivery (DPD, UPS, etc.) and confirm. This is the longest stage, taking up most of the estimated shipping time. You won't see any updates until your parcel reaches its destination continent and completes customs inspections.
3. Wait patiently for the tracking update and about 7 days after customs clearance, the order will be delivered to the address you provided without any problems.
We remind you that the shipping time for the standard method is around 45 days. Don't worry if you don't see any updates, the track will update as soon as possible.
Why hasn't the tracking code updated yet?
The tracking code is updated only after the package has cleared customs. Your parcel from China leaves with a third-party service and once it has cleared customs in the destination continent, it will be entrusted to the courier and you will finally be able to track it on their website, which from now on will also indicate the expected delivery day. Don't be alarmed if the tracking is not updated for a long time, the parcel is still on its way and our forwarder can track it with his internal system. To know the internal information about your shipment, you can paste the tracking number on this website . We recommend using a browser that automatically translates the information into your language.
Can I ask a neighbor to pick up the parcel for me?
Make sure you choose an address where the package can be safely collected and/or be present for the delivery. Remember that parcels, especially very large ones, are attractive and if in your absence the courier is in the habit of leaving them with a neighbor or outside your front door, we advise you to arrange to receive the parcel yourself. Whatever the event, we will not be held responsible for any theft once the status of the shipment is delivered.
Can parcels get lost?
We assure you that none of our packages can be lost. We can monitor all movements even if you won't see updates on the courier's website before at least 35 days have passed since shipment. We thank you for your patience if the delivery is delayed due to logistics, customs or epidemic problems.
What does the label has expired mean?
When a shipment is late, the courier system automatically recognizes it as expired 60 days after its creation date. Don't worry, the tracking code will be updated after customs clearance and the courier will deliver the package to you in about 7 days. Thank you for your patience.
