"Mother orders" are the main orders that are placed with the monthly installment payment mode. When you choose this option, every 30 days the system automatically generates a confirmation order in your account. It is important to remember that only the main order, i.e., the mother order, is counted for promotion purposes. Monthly confirmation orders do not count.

No discount code needs to be entered. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout, based on your cart total and the products eligible for the offer.

The discount codes you have cannot be combined with current offers. Therefore, if you are trying to apply a code while taking advantage of other promotions, it will not be possible. Be sure to check the terms and conditions of active offers.

We guarantee delivery within 7 working days in Europe for all items purchased from the European warehouse.

Shipments from the warehouse in China take about 45-60 days (on average, unless delayed) for delivery. If you would like faster shipping (by air), please add a note in your shopping cart and we will indicate the surcharge required. Air shipping takes about 15-20 days in transit and is recommended for small packages, as the surcharge will not be high.

All products included in this initiative will be shipped at the end of the event, with tracking provided after about 10 days.

For in-stock statues, we require full payment at the time of purchase due to inventory management requirements. However, if you would like to explore the possibility of installment payments through PayPal, we encourage you to contact PayPal directly to see if they offer that option. If PayPal allows installment payments, we will receive the total amount immediately and can proceed with shipping.

Every day at 1 P.M. (UTC +1) we will present a heavily discounted product. The announcement will be made first on Instagram and an hour later on Facebook. Please note that this offer cannot be combined with other promotions or coupons.

VIP customers with at least 10 "mother orders" will receive a $100 coupon via email, valid until Oct. 30. This offer cannot be combined with already discounted products. If you do not receive the coupon by the end of the event, please contact us.

If you place 2 orders during the event, you will receive an extra $25 voucher, redeemable by Oct. 30 on all in-stock products that are not discounted. It cannot be combined with other promotions. If you do not receive the voucher by email, please contact us.
